What are BaZi and the five elements?
BaZi ("eight characters") is a Chinese system that converts your birth year, month, day and hour into four pillars — an energy map of the moment you were born. The five elements (Metal, Wood, Water, Fire, Earth) generate and balance one another; we read which elements your chart lacks, then match crystals that carry them.
Is this AI fortune-telling?
No. The casting and stone selection are not AI — your Four Pillars are computed by traditional solar-term rules and crystals are chosen by five-element logic, so the same birth data always gives the same verifiable result. AI only helps write the finished chart into a warm, readable interpretation; it plays no part in the calculation or selection.
What if I don't know my birth time?
Yes — answer "unknown". The hour pillar is estimated at noon; the rest is still precise.
How do I measure my wrist?
Wrap a soft tape around the narrowest part; or use a string, mark it, and measure against a ruler.
How long until it ships?
Handcrafted and shipped within ~5–7 business days, with email updates.
Are the crystals genuine?
Yes. What you see during the flow is a design rendering; the piece itself is made of natural crystal beads, hand-strung in Taiwan to your bead recipe. Colour and texture vary naturally from stone to stone — that is the mark of real stone.
