Shipping

Every bracelet is handcrafted after ordering and ships within 5–7 business days, with email updates.
We ship to Taiwan and most regions worldwide. Domestic delivery takes about 1–3 business days; international delivery about 7–14 business days depending on region and customs.
Shipping is included in the price. Any local customs duties or import taxes on international orders are borne by the recipient.
We ship to the address provided at PayPal checkout; to change it, email us before dispatch.

Returns & exchanges

Each piece is made to order from your chart and wrist size, so we can't accept returns except for defects.
If your item arrives defective or damaged, email hello@featelier.com with photos within 7 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund you.
If the fit is clearly off (not due to a mis-entered size), write to us — we'll help adjust.

Privacy

What we collect: birth date & time, sex, wrist size, email, and shipping details — used only for casting your chart, crafting your bracelet, and delivering your order.
We never sell or share your personal data for third-party marketing.
Our service is powered by Cloudflare (hosting & storage), Google Gemini (readings & imagery), and PayPal (payments — we never see your card details).
To access or delete your data, email hello@featelier.com.

🛡️ Anti-fraud notice: we will never call or text you asking to change your payment method, operate an ATM, or share card numbers. If you receive a suspicious call, email us to verify.
